**Nishtha Business Services Limited** (NBSL) is a family-run Management Consulting firm. We are a one-stop solution for Digital, Strategic, Operational, Learning & Development services. We cater to both Small & Medium Enterprises as well as large Corporations.

# About the Role

We are looking for a team player with an eagerness to learn to join our Digital Applications team. The candidate should have an interest and/or basic knowledge as follows:

## Critical Skills

1. Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
2. Knowledge of Java Script.
3. Knowledge of other server-side scripting languages – PHP, ASP.NET (optional).
4. Knowledge of SQL Databases.
5. Web Development using any popular Content Management Systems (CMS), e.g. Drupal, Grav, Joomla, Laravel, WordPress, etc.
6. Good sense of aesthetics.
7. Clear and precise communicator.

## Desirable Skills (an added advantage)

1. Knowledge of MongoDB, No SQL or Flat file databases.
2. Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React and Flutter.
3. Basic knowledge of good SEO practises.
4. Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop.
